WAMC Vascular Surgery department is located in the General Surgery Clinic on the 2nd floor of the hospital clinic area.
Hours of Operation:

Monday – Vascular Wound Care

0800 – 1130, 1300 - 1500

Tuesday – ABI/Compression Clinic

0800 – 1130, 1300 - 1500

Wednesday –Vein Clinic/Administration

0800 – 1130, 1300 - 1500

Thursday – Vascular Clinic

0800 – 1130, 1300 - 1500

Friday – RFA/Administration

0800 – 1130, 1300 - 1500

WAMC Vascular Surgeons are assigned to procedures/surgery at various times of the week, so clinic days may vary while they are in surgery.


To provide patients with the highest quality of care in a timely manner by offering a comprehensive approach to Vascular Diseases through preventive services, diagnostic expertise, and minimal/ invasive surgical procedures.

The following are some of the conditions that falls under the category of Vascular Diseases that are evaluated at the WAMC Vascular Surgery Clinic:

Aortic Aneurysm
Carotid Artery Disease
Peripheral Vascular Disease
Vascular Aneurysm (all except brain)
Venous Ulcers
Renal Artery Disease
Chronic Venous Insufficiency
Hemodialysis and Vascular access (except Hickman or Portacath)
Varicose Veins

Appointment Requirement:

All appointments in the Vascular Surgery Clinic/lab are supported by a referral from the PCM or Provider.  If a study is required please note in parenthesis the study and its specific.    

All referrals are processed within a timely manner and per MEDCOM protocol.  Patient’s are required to contact the clinic for an appointment after the submission of a referral by their PCM or Provider.  The clinic will also notify the patient with an appointment once the referral is processed.
