Welcome to the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)
Our mission is to identify family members who require special medical, psychological or educational services that must be considered during the PCS assignments process, and to identify family members who may benefit from support services provided by Army Community Services (ACS). The EFMP is governed by AR 608-75.
One Team . . . Partnering with our service members and families to courteously and compassionately provide the highest quality medical and educational reviews for military assignment coordination.
Our goals are:
- To identify and enroll family members who require special medical, psychological, or educational services.
- To provide mandated overseas screenings for all dependents of active duty service members.
- To provide training for providers and any group or organization that interacts with active duty service members and their families to facilitate understanding of the program and AR608-75.
