Purpose

Provide tactical and technical oversight and administrative guidance for the medical processing and treatment of deploying and redeploying active component Soldiers, and mobilizing or demobilizing reserve component Soldiers

Soldier Readiness Center (SRC)

Purpose

Provide medical and dental processing for military (AC/RC/NG) and civilian (DA/DOD, Red Cross, AAFES, and Contractor) personnel mobilized and/or deployed in support of contingency operations.

Medical One Stop (MOS)

Purpose

To complete the full Medical Readiness screening of each Soldier who in and out processes Fort Bragg

Scope of Services
Medical Readiness for incoming Fort Bragg:

  • MEDPROS Screening/Updates
  • Medical readiness determination for PCS to those locations without fixed Military Treatment Facilities
  • Vision Screening
  • Audiograms
  • Blood draw (HIV, G6PD, Lipid Panels)
  • DNA Collection
  • Immunizations (Routine Adult/Location Specific)
  • Periodic Health Assessments (PHA)
  • Post Deployment Health Reassessment and Pre Deployment Health Assessment
  • Profile Review/Updates

Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES)

Purpose

To provide medical screening and consolidation of medical documentation for AC and RC forces in preparation of medical and financial benefits and entitlements hearings.

Scope of Services

  • Medical Evaluation Boards MEB
  • Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer
  • VA-Compensation and Pension Exam (VA-CPE)

Medical Management Center (MMC)

Purpose

The goal of the Medical Management Center is to provide a well-coordinated care experience for Active Duty Soldiers that are classified as Medically Not Ready (MNR) while facilitating medical management to support processes to decrease Soldiers recovery time, decrease the length of time the Soldiers cannot perform their duties and decrease the timeline for identifying the Soldiers medical retention determination point (MRDP).

The central office of the MMC is at the Soldier Support Center (SSC), in Building 305, Room 114 at (910) 907-6011. The Senior NCM is located in this building, and NCM’s are located at the 82nd ABN DIV SURG Cell, USASOC, and 18th ANB CORPS SURGEON CELL, they have already established and are maintaining a synergistic relationship with Battalion and Brigade Leadership and Organic Medical staff, Primary Care Providers, and IDES clinic. BCTs have an assigned CC and they are embedded, on site at those Brigades, for greater Soldier accessibility. Please, call on us for assistance at the phone numbers provided above.
