Dr. Raja is a credentialed staff Podiatrist and current Program Director of the Womack Army Medical Center's Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency for active duty podiatric residents. Dr. Raja is currently licensed in the state of North Carolina, and is dual Board Certified by both the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and is an annual lecturer at the North Carolina Foot and Ankle Society Winter Conference. He holds a teaching faculty position with the American Academy of Foot and Ankle Osteosynthesis, and serves as a member of the Womack Graduate Medical Education - Para-Allied Health Education Committee.

Dr. Talis is a Podiatrist who is board certified in Foot Surgery and, Reconstructive Rearfoot & Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is actively involved in teaching podiatry students, residents, and physician assistants as part of his position at Womack Army Medical Center. In addition, he lectures numerous physicians at the local, regional, and national levels. Dr. Talis is also actively involved in research projects pertaining to the lower extremity and has presented his findings locally and nationally.

 Jeffrey P. Zimmerman, DPM

Dr. Zimmerman has served as a Podiatrist at Womack Army Medical Center since 2002.  He has held Diplomat status with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery since 1988.  He is the former residency director of the podiatric surgical residency at Madigan Army Medical Center.  He also served as the Podiatry consultant for the Army Surgeon General from 1998 - 2003.
