"A great organization must not become resistant to change. It also can't merely be open to change; it must proactively and aggressively seek change through acquiring and developing new technologies, procedures and attitudes. This will determine whether we take the easy road to stagnation (resulting in obsolescence) or the harder road to excellence."
— General Stanley McChrystal
